Aries don’t waste their time talking to people or even discuss weather for that matter. They rather get straight to the point and cut the BS.

2) Cancer

Being the shy and introverted people they are not very comfortable with new people and get nervous. As a result, they don’t indulge in small talk with strangers as its too stressful.

3) Virgo

These are the intelligent and bookish people who do not understand the concept of small talk. As they are always up to know your deepest and darkest secrets, they are not in to small talk.

4)Scorpio

They gather a lot of courage in order to talk to people as they are self-conscious and antisocial beings, hence are closed and reserved.
