Case filed against minister A Manju

Hassan: A case has been filed against Animal Husbandry Minister A Manju by the Hassan Police on the charge of infringement of moral code of conduct. The Minister has been booked under IPC Section 188(disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant).

Manju was accused of utilizing the government infrastructure even aftermoral code of conduct came into effect.

In light of directions of Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri Dasari, a complaint was filed with the police. The Deputy Commissioner who is also an election officer had slapped a notice on the minister looking for his clarification.
