The woman reportedly dressed like a man to dodge and mislead the police.
The accused have been identified as Ramanjeet Kaur, a resident of Nangloi and Ramneek Singh, 24, a resident of Nihal Vihar. They are the alleged members of the Bunty-Babli gang, police said.
A bike and a scooter along with the purse of the lady were recovered from their possession, they added.

The lady, who was holding onto her purse, fell down and was dragged as the robbers continued to move ahead. However, they managed to snatch the purse and escape, the police officer said.
During investigation, police collected CCTV footage from the nearby area. While they were analysing the footage, the physique of the pillion rider resembled that of a woman’s, the DCP added.
Hence, police started focusing on finding women who were previously involved in snatching incidents.
Thereafter, police received information of both the accused would come near Oxford School in Delhi’s Vikas Puri to meet a person on Wednesday, the police official said, adding a trap was laid and the accused persons were arrested at around 10.20 AM.
During interrogation, it was revealed that Kaur was married to a man identified as Tejender Singh, who is in jail on the charges of murder case.
She came in contact with one Jagjeet Singh and the two started to commit the crimes in a unique way. She used to dress like a man to dodge and mislead the police team, the DCP said.
They were arrested in 2014 for the first time. After coming out on bail, she approached Ramneek after which they started committing crimes.
