E-Portal to prevent sexual harassment

Udupi/Mangaluru: In accordance to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an application can be sent to the She-Box e-Portal at www.wcd.shebox.nic.in.

According to this law, every employer is required to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee at each office or branch with 10 or more employees and a local complaint committee needs to be created compulsorily with the DC as its president.
