Eight, including 7 Maha returnees test positive for Covid 19 in DK

Mangaluru: Eight persons tested positive for coronavirus in Dakshina Kannada district on Friday, June 5.

Except for a 60-year-old female, the other new cases are Maharashtra returnees.

Infection has been confirmed to eight persons ( seven male and one female) aged 58, 36, 52, 24, 60, 48,43,43.

With this the number of infected persons rose to 151, including 76 discharges and seven deaths in the district till date. 68 active case are reported in the district
