Ankola: Minor raped on pretext of marriage; case registered

Ankola: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man on the pretext of marrying her at Agasuru village, Ankola.

The accused, identified as Ajith Pednekar, a resident of the same village, has been booked by the police officials. It is said that Ajith i already married.

A case has been registered at the Ankola police station. The accused is currently absconding.
