Mandya: Husband murders wife and buries her in neighbour’s farm

Mandya: An incident of a husband murdering his wife and burying her body in his neighbour’s farm was reported from in Kalluveeranahalli village in Malavalli taluk here.

Shivaraju, the husband, reportedly murdered his wife Rani (30) at their home on Friday evening. He placed her body in one of the rooms of the house and then dragged the body to neighbour Satish’s farm in the middle of the night and buried it.

On Saturday morning, other neighbour residents of Shivaraju saw that his clothes were soaked in blood.

Immediately police officials visited the spot, inspected the house and recovered the body from the ground.
