Mangaluru: Karavali Utsava offers experience of underwater world 

Mangaluru: A mesmerizing underwater experience awaits visitors at the Karavali Utsava grounds in Lalbagh. The air-conditioned underwater tunnel and aqua show provide a glimpse into the vibrant marine world, complete with colourful fish and a 360-degree view of aquatic life.

Organized by Fun World, the exhibition is open daily from 4 PM to 9 PM. Visitors can marvel at various species of fish within the vast tunnel. Four massive tunnels and ten large aquariums, transported using cranes, have been installed at the venue.

The water is filtered 24/7, and the fish are fed approximately 5 kg of food daily, including small chicken pieces. Laminated safety glass ensures the aquariums remain secure.

The show features over 500 species of fish, including angel fish, koi, scorpion fish, clownfish, sea horses, crocodile fish, box fish, and cowfish, sourced from countries like Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia. The exhibition spans over 10,000 square feet and is a visual treat for visitors.
