Sullia: 69-year-old man jumps to death from hospital building

Sullia: An elderly man committed suicide by jumping from the second floor of a hospital here on the night of Saturday, December 19.

The deceased has been identified as Laxmana Gowda (69), a resident of Bandadka,

He was admitted to KVG hospital here after his son allegedly assaulted him after a fight.

On December 19, when Laxmana’s son-in-law went out to bring the food he jumped to death from the second floor of a hospital.

Lalita, wife of the deceased has filed a case in this regard and in her complaint she said that her husband committed suicide as he was distressed by their mentally disturbed son and daughter-in-law who were constantly quarrelling and creating a ruckus.
