Surathkal: Youth killed in wall collapse

In a tragic incident, a 17-year-old youth was killed after a retaining wall collapsed onto a house in Jokatte on Thursday (July 25) morning.

The deceased Shailesh, a resident of Mulky Kolnad Lingappaiah Kadu was sleeping near the wall and died on the spot after the retaining wall collapsed on the house amidst the storm and rain.

It is gathered that Shailesh was visiting the house as a guest.
