If we keep the health of the brain, it is like maintaining the health of our body. So brain health should be kept under control through a well-balanced diet and exercise. In this regard, World Health Organization celebrates World Brain Day on July 22 every year to create awareness about brain health.
Dr. Avinash Shetty, Medical Superintendent, and guest of honor for the program, said that nowadays treatment is available for all diseases related to brain disease, but it should be detected early and treated on time.
