Three injured after Bolero topples on Uppinangady-Subramanya SH

Mangaluru: A speeding Mahindra Bolero toppled into a plantation near Hosmath Bridge on the Uppinangady-Subramanya state highway on Saturday, February 29.

Three people suffered minor injuries in the accident. They have been taken to a hospital in Kadaba.

Locals allege that the speedbreaker humps on the bridge have been designed and built unscientifically and hence vehicles, especially motorbikes, plying on the bridge regularly face dangerous jumps.
