M'luru-Davangere bus catches fire due to technical fault, no casualties

A private bus traveling from Mangaluru to Davanagere was completely gutted in a fire caused by a technical fault early on Friday, December 20 morning near Sakrebailu.

The bus was carrying over 18 passengers at the time of the incident. Fortunately, all passengers managed to escape unhurt.

Fire department personnel rushed to the spot and successfully doused the flames.

The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of the Malur Police Station.
