Traffic cop pushes stalled car single-handedly

Mangaluru: A traffic constable, posted on duty at the KPT Circle has won several hearts after he single-handedly pushed a car, that had stalled in the middle of the road here. A video of the act has been going viral on social media.

The cop, in question, Balachandra Gowda B V had earlier served in the armed forces before joining the police department. Cops are duty-bound, says Gowda who without any hesitation rushed to push the stranded car to a side to facilitate smooth flow of traffic.

“My experience in the Indian Army helped him push the car single-handedly,” said Gowda.
