Udupi: Apoorva Complex at Doddannagudde sealed

Udupi: Apoorva Complex at Doddannagudde here has been sealed after two people who arrived from Maharashtra and returned home after completing their institutional quarantine tested COVID-19 positive.

Both the COVID-19 patients have been shifted to the designated COVID-19 hospital in the town here.

The number of COVID-19 cases in the district has been increasing rapidly in the last few days. There were no active cases a month ago and presently, until June 4, the number of COVID-19 cases has crossed the five hundred mark. The district tops the list of COVID-19 cases in the State.
