Udupi: Sudden rain worsens traffic woes at Indrali railway over bridge

Manipal: Sudden rains in the city led to waterlogging in several areas of the city. One of the major rain-affected was the Indrali railway overbridge where work is in progress.

Commuters traveling via the Indrali railway overbridge construction road had a harrowing time as traffic crawled because of waterlogging triggered by the rain across.

Manipal police Sub-constable who was on duty near the over-bridge construction site was seen helping a woman who was struggling with her two-wheeler vehicle. The humane gesture of the policeman received high praise, from the public as well as higher police officials.
