Vittal: Thieves target three shops

Bantwal: Thieves broke into three shops in Vittal town here and decamped with items, including cash worth Rs 40,000.

The theft took place at Cauvery Bar in Bobbekeri, Big Bakes Bakery in Meginapete, and a shop in Mangilapadavu.

At the bar, the thieves stole liquor bottles while chocolates, mobile phone were stolen from the bakery shop.
