In its 15th global risks report published recently, the World Economic Forum (WEF) has said that for the first time in the report’s history all of the “top long-term risks by likelihood” are environmental.
According to World Economic Forum’s latest Global Risks Report, Climate Action Failure is the biggest risk that may impact global prosperity in 2021.
It is followed by Infectious Diseases, Livelihood Crises, Social Cohesion Erosion and Biodiversity Loss. Debt Crises has been ranked the 6th biggest risk, followed by Prolonged Stagnation of economies, Extreme Weather and Human Environmental Damage.
