Youth commits suicide day after marriage

Kolar: A youth allegedly committed suicide just a day after his marriage in his residence at Sulikunte under Chickballapur Rural police limits on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Muniraj, aged 30. He was working as a lineman with Bescom at Peresandra in Chickballapur. Muniraj was married to his Sister’s daughter on Monday. Muniraj was said to be not happy with the marriage. He was found hanging himself from the ceiling at his house on Tuesday.

According to the sources, Muniraj had left a death note appealing to donate his eyes to a man called K.N. Manjunath. The Chikkaballapur Rural police have registered a case.
