Mangaluru: A non-bailable warrant against Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel was issued by the special court for cases against the people’s representative, for not attending the hearing with respect to the provocative speech case that was filed against him.
As Nalin Kumar did not attend the hearing in the court, the judge justice Ramachandra D Huddara has issued a non-bailable warrant against the Member of Parliament.
It may be recalled that a case against Nalin Kumar had been registered against Nalin Kumar Kateel in the Konaje police station alleging that he had made a provocative speech and the case is being investigated by the special court for cases against the people’s representative at Bengaluru.
